Paper-Based Applications

1) Download the application from the MK Scholarship website - https://rrock0.wixsite.com/mk-scholarships

2) Complete the application in full. Please be sure all required signatures are included and that you have collected any documents required of you. For example, resume, official test score reports from College Board or ACT, tax information, outside letters of rec., college acceptance letter, essay, etc. 

3) Scan and email or share application and supporting documents to mkscholarships@mhrd.org by the deadline listed on the MK Scholarship website.

3) Complete a scholarship processing form (attached to this email) in its entirety. Please don't leave anything blank especially your name and the scholarship name.

4) Scan and email or share the Scholarship Processing form with your application. Please be sure the processing form is the first page of the scanned document.

5) Use read receipt so that you have the ability to ensure that your email was received and opened. 

Online web-based Applications

1) Use the web link provided on https://rrock0.wixsite.com/mk-scholarships to access and complete the application.

2) If applicable, enter recommenders email addresses in the application for requests to be emailed to recommenders through the application.

3) Scan and email or share a scholarship processing form to mkscholarships@mhrd.org if documents are required.

4) If you need to upload documents to complete your application please email Mrs. Rock for these specific instances. 

5) Use read receipt on your emails so that you have the ability to ensure that your email was received and opened.
